What You'll Need:
Your favorite lipgloss & nail clippers.
*Note: I have both sizes here; the larger one works better with some of the harder stoppers*

Take your clippers and merely go around the edge of the stopper and tug at it to make it looser. Keep doing this but pull harder and move the clippers farther down the stopper to get a better hold. Eventually it'll come loose enough to come out. When it does THROW IT AWAY!
Here are the two glosses I used after the procedure:
L'Oreal Infallible Plumping Lipgloss in 706 - Plumped Plum
Milani Crystal Gloss in the beige-y pink-y one.

Aright so the pros & cons of the procedure are as follows ...
Pros:
You actually get all of the product out of the tube.
You don't have to dip your wand into the tube a million times.
It's quick and easy.
Cons:
You get a ton of product on the wand (as you can see in the pictures).
It's harder to do a "modest" application.
Depending on how long the neck of the tube is, the gloss oozes out the sides ...

... like this ...
(I know it's hard to see)
*Note: It doesn't do this on the L'Oreal because of the length of the neck. If you look at the pictures you can clearly see that it is abundantly longer than that of the Milani.*
So overall, I find this to be a good fix to the little stopper problem. Yes, it's a little annoying but I would rather deal with too much product than not get all of my money's worth out of it. Be wise in your choices to do this. Obviously the Milani leaks and it's kind of gross so just be aware of how long the neck of the tube is.
Good luck ladies!
